Artists confirmed so far:

Mary Barclay and Doug Carroll

Dalbeattie couple Mary and Doug are no strangers to the local music scene, being best known as part of the loud and energetic Mary Barclay Band. As a duo, they play a sensitive, stripped back collection of self-penned songs and songs by musicians who have inspired them. Mary's rich and warm voice and Doug's bewitching guitar playing will provide a fitting opening to our festival.

The Hokum Hotshots

From the North East of England, an acoustic duo playing a wide variety of 30’s, 40’s and 50’s country blues, west coast swing, jazz and vaudeville. Read more about them here…

Artie Tresize

Famous for his long time partnership with Cilla Fisher and their children's show The Singing Kettle, Artie now works as a solo artist. He will be here doing what he does best – keeping the bairns entertained at our Saturday afternoon Family Concert.

Sylvia Barnes and Sandy Stanage

Sylvia and Sandy have been working together since the 70s, when they were founder members of the seminal Scottish band "Kentigern". They perform widely at home and abroad, featuring the best of both traditional and modern music and songwriting. Read more about them here…
